These terms govern access to NewsFlow, an internal newsroom workflow tool provided to authorized staff by your organization.
Eligibility and access
NewsFlow is available only to employees and contractors who are explicitly authorized. Use of the service is limited to internal newsroom purposes.
Accounts and security
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Do not share passwords or access tokens.
Acceptable use
- Use NewsFlow only for authorized editorial and publishing work.
- Do not upload content that you do not have rights to publish.
- Do not attempt to bypass security controls or disrupt the service.
- Follow newsroom guidelines for accuracy, approval, and quality standards.
Content and responsibility
You are responsible for the content you submit and publish. NewsFlow provides workflow tools and does not replace editorial judgment.
YouTube API Services
NewsFlow uses YouTube API Services to upload videos and manage metadata on behalf of authorized staff accounts. By using this feature you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service and any additional policies applicable to your organization.
Availability and changes
NewsFlow is provided on an as-is basis for internal use. Features may change or be updated without notice to improve security and workflow performance.
Termination
Access may be suspended or revoked by your organization at any time, including for policy violations or operational needs.
